To return a product, send an e-mail with the following information: date, order number, name, phone/email address and the part number you wish to return along with a detailed explanation and photos of why you want to return it.  All emails are addressed within 4-8 business days with a return shipping address and instructions.  No returns will be accepted without an order number.  All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.  Once received, allow 4-8 business days to process your return.
